Lead Process Engineer – Brownfield Development •Lead Process Engineer responsible for detailed facility design, construction and commissioning of phased Blackhawk Southwest Central Facility expansions. o Phase 4 & 5: Five 1600 HP compressors, 100 mmscfd TEG dehydration unit, filters, scrubbers, measurement upgrades and piping modifications. o Phase 3: 25KBPD condensate stabilizer, 100 mmscfd TEG dehydration unit, multiple 1600 HP compressors, NGL and Condensate bullet tanks, filters, scrubbers and piping modifications. o Phase 2.5: 30 mmscfd flare system, multiple 1600 HP compressors and an NGL truck loading system.•Managed external engineering resources.•Planned multiple facility shutdowns and created construction work packs for shutdown scope of work. Worked with Plant Operations to prepare isolation plans.•Led commissioning efforts and managed external leak testing resources.

Process/Project Engineer - Plant Design •Executed detailed engineering for large Greenfield & Brownfield compressor station projects. Supported facility construction and commissioning. o Diamond Mountain Compressor Station, Vernal, UT - 20,600 HP grassroots station. Solar Taurus 70 compressors, inlet filter, gas cooler, glycol heating system, fuel gas systems, Instrument/utility air system. o Wamsutter Compressor Station, Wamsutter, WY - 10,000 HP addition. Station piping modifications, development of 10 station operating modes, station construction, commissioning, and startup. o Desert Valley Compressor Station, Winnemucca, NV - 20,500 HP grassroots station. Lead Engineer responsible for station commissioning and startup. o 300 Line Horsepower Additions, Newton, NJ / Clifford, PA - 22,000 HP addition between Stations 321 and 325. Station commissioning and startup. o Muddy Gap Condensate Handling, Muddy Gap, WY - Two phase pipeline flow and 1400 bbl slug catcher design. Additional condensate storage and flare upgrade. Station construction and startup.•Completed detailed engineering for maintenance projects. Including equipment sizing, specification, and evaluation.•Supported engineering for pipeline projects including pigging facilities, hydro-testing and expansion projects o Ruby Pipeline – 680 mile, 42” pipeline from Opal, WY to Malin, OR. Pipeline design and hydro-test plan.•Executed detailed engineering for measurement projects including station upgrades and design of new facilities. Familiarity with Ultrasonic, Orifice, Turbine, Coriolis and Rotary meters.•Participated in PSM audits, PHA and PHA revalidations for gas processing facilities.•Experience with gas processing facilities including dew point control and glycol dehydration.•Managed a variety of measurement projects ranging from facility upgrades to Greenfield stations.•Supported Reservoir Services team and completed casing integrity study and report.
