I was an IT Support employee and worked on many issues from getting a computer’s hardware repaired, as well as software. I worked on mostly Dell OptiPlex computers. I also was able to clone or image computers. I have worked with Windows XP, 7, 8, and 10. I have experience installing software on all these Operating Systems. I was trained in how to use Kace as both a ticketing system and for deploying software. I used remote software such as Bomgar, and LogMeIn to help people remotely. I also worked with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook in Office 365, Office 2016. I also helped walk our employees through problems at locations about problems with our equipment, getting the internet back up, or calling the internet company to resolve the issues if it was not our equipment. I can setup Cisco / Linksys routers. I also, setup and installed printers on computers both wirelessly and with a hardwired connection. I also helped people change their email passwords and set people up in Outlook.
