Energy Architect – Stla-L Architecture
Current- Technical lead responsible for setting targets for all BEV vehicles on the STLA-L architecture including range, vehicle efficiency, charging efficiency, aerodynamics, weight, tire rolling resistance, propulsion system efficiency, thermal system efficiency, and auxiliary electrical loads- Coordinate sub-teams to ensure technical paths to targets are known and included in vehicle planning and cost roll-ups- Technical lead responsible for identifying recovery actions if targets are not met- Ensure efficiency enablers are read across all vehicles on the STLA-L architecture- Collaborate with advanced engineering on future technologies, their development timeline, and potential roll-out- Communicate with all other Energy Architects to ensure a common global approach- Report to senior leadership on targets, technical paths, and trade-offs
