As a coach, it's my goal to help my clients move forward in their lives towards more fulfillment.My primary clients have been entrepreneurs who are starting or have hit their first wall on their journey. Through exploratory work and defining action items, these clients found clarity around their businesses and direction for their next steps to help keep their businesses moving forward.I have also helped someone looking for a career change. From no understanding of what he wanted to do once he left teaching to having a solidified game plan to reach a target position, we worked through a lot of self-discovery exercises and techniques to help provide a purpose and understanding of the desired work environment and duties.I've also served on a leadership development program board. I'm firmly committed to the idea that leaders need to be continually learning about themselves and leading ideas in leadership. Because leadership is one of the highest impact roles within organizations, it is imperative that leaders be the cutting edge to better serve the people whom they lead. Leadership coaching is a key interest of mine, not only for the leader but for the entire team they lead through assisting the leader in growing their own skills.
