Duties and Responsibilities:• Provided assistance to property field adjusters in the form of recording scope notes, taking measurements, sketching diagrams, and carrying ladders and other equipment. Also provided IT and technical support and problem solving, such as resolving issues with estimating software, spreadsheets, and hardware. • Performed various IT services for clients such as:---Installing, configuring, and securing networks and networking equipment such as routers, switches, hubs, servers etc. across a variety of network topologies. Worked with many different network technologies such as VoIP, VPNs, remote desktop virtualization, file sharing and media streaming, etc.---General software troubleshooting and malware removal. Advisement on better security practices.---Troubleshooting and repairing hardware in desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, as well as upgrading and installing new hardware.---Setting up automated data backups and drive imaging. Also performed basic data recovery.• Carried out general outbound prospecting and conducted research into local companies and firmographics to increase lead generation efficiency and identify new sets of clientèle. • Analyzed data to determine products and services warranting more focus as well as locate potentially profitable additions to service inventory by identifying instances of largely unaddressed demand.
