Christopher Lum is a Warriors Academy Youth Coach at Golden State Warriors. He possess expertise in community outreach, teaching, leadership, team leadership, volunteer management and 16 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Chris was my student and academic advisee for four years at Notre
Dame de Namur University. During that time he took a number of classes with me, including five community-based learning courses in San Francisco's inner city neighborhoods, especially the Tenderloin district. In these classes, I found him to be a compassionate, hardworking individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide variety of people. He demonstrated this as a participant in Project Homeless Connect, sports clinics, College Night in the Tenderloin, and other service activities. But his skills were, perhaps, most demonstrated in his work, several years running, in our Halloween in the Tenderloin festival, where he provided leadership and hands-on work organizing, setting up, and implementing the holiday event for 300 children at Tenderloin Children's Playground. HIs contributions were paramount in making it a huge success. Chris is an amazing person, destined to make a significant mark in life." and "Chris is a hard worker and an enthusiastic student. He is also a generous and kind young man. He cares about his fellow students and contributes to the community both inside and outside of the classroom. I warmly recommend him."
