At Diversified I was responsible for cultivating client relationships as well strengthening earnings. My position as an Enterprise Account Solution representative was to bring software as a service model to my clients. Here I manufactured growth by assisting companies with their disaster recovery processes. Held monthly meeting to review how to maintain and Manage our Fortune 500 Client base.

At ADP, I was responsible for my team as well as my own quota. During my tenure, I was the only Associate Sales Manager to have team of multiple sales reps as well as continue to individually drive revenue. Throughout my time Managing & @ ADP, I ran meetings and trainings for the entire region. These trainings consisted of procedures, updated services & Technology, strategies and goal acquisitions.I achieved Presidents club 9 Years in a row, & was on my way to a 10th consecutive when I moved on. I earned the prestigious Falcon Award 5 years consecutively, was the Top representative in my region 7/8 years and was the tops ASM in the Country back to back years.
