Lynch purchased a kayak concession permit from OEX Dive & Kayak in 2010. Along with his founding partner, Michael Samer, Lynch rebranded the then-small kayaking operation into a notable lifestyle company, extending the adventure offering and launching a premium California-sourced apparel line. Prior to the acquisition, Lynch spent two years as a tour guide for OEX, leading kayak tours and promoting the company.Before diving into action water sports, Lynch pursued a career in finance, spending nearly six years as a client services manager for Lynch Investment Management, and two years at entry-level positions with Altegris Investments and Wachovia Securities Financial Network. With a strong interest in acting, Lynch also spent time studying the craft at the famed Beverly Hills Playhouse.Lynch holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from San Diego State University. When he isn’t out living the California dream and supporting local ocean-related charities, Lynch enjoys surfing, golfing and traveling the world in search of adventure.
