Technical Support Engineer
CurrentProvide Supplier Lifecycle Management and Performance (SLP) support in a timely and professional manner.Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and metrics that measure performance including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.Work to support and enhance processes in tangent with Engineering Team and Project Managers for SLP. Collaborate with diverse individuals and teams across the globe to provide solutions for Sourcing and SLP related issues.Assist in assigning customer issues in a balanced manner. Participate in Team Scrubs for SLP and Sourcing issues.
