 Conduct on-site construction monitoring to assess compliance with plans and specifications, good construction practice, and adherence to QA/QC programs thought Wind and Solar power plant construction.  Read and interpreted blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.  Prepare detailed reports of design reviews, project documentation assessments, red line drawings, RFI's and construction monitoring.  Track and monitor project documentation, reporting status and resolution of noncompliant construction activities.  Ensure all Civil, Foundations, MV underground installation, Substation Construction, Solar installation, Wind Turbine Generator Installation and Transmission Line installation activities maintain project specification.  Promote and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures.  Ensure all materials associated with installation are in accordance with approved submittal and product data to ensure compliance with job site specifications.  Determine that construction work is in conformance with the design documents.  Develop and maintain: Material Tracking log, Project Test and Inspection list, Concrete and Grout logs, RFI's, and Non-Conformance reports.  Effectively document approved field changes to incorporate red-line drawings.  Inspect and ensure the quality of work performed during the daily activities of the overall construction on a large-scale wind, and solar projects, Substation construction Overhead and underground utilities construction.  Manage project completion Included but not limited to roads, environmental SWWWP bmp, concrete, rebar, substation, transmission lines, underground utilities Civil reclamation.  Incorporate all processes and procedures that support the project closeout phase and project turnover.  Familiar with sunglow inverter systems & single axis tracking technology.

 Lead and train site technicians and prepare work programs for the timely servicing of assets and organize daily work plans.  Lead continuous improvement efforts and share lessons learnt.  Interpret the requirements of Vestas manuals, specifications, bulletins, work instructions, etc. and devise work plans including all required resources.  Perform and ensure the proper maintenance and fault finding of assets.  Maintain reports using Procore software management tools and databases.  Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the organization’s JSA, LOTO, PTP, EHS and associated policies/procedures.  Report errors, violations, incidents, or problems immediately using Velocity EHS reporting systems. .. Submit enquiries to Engineering to ensure technical issues are resolved, and answer questions from management, Engineering, Sourcing, Projects etc. as required.  Make a conformance or non-conformance decision upon completion of inspections.  Form part of an on-call roster to work weekends and nights if required or as directed by management  Perform HV switching operations and UPS system servicing according to site procedures as required including the holding of permits creating switching instruction and issuing permits.  Have a demonstrated and consistent commitment to safety policies and procedures and be able to work within those requirements, and call attention to fellow employees of unsafe acts, conditions and practices to their Manager, Supervisor, and EHS Manager/Coordinator.  Understanding of basic AC/DC electrical circuits and ability to T/S and conduct circuit analysis (24VDC, 166VDC, 120, 230, 400, 575, 690VAC, 345KV)

 Interface with field superintendents to maintain an open line of communication and reporting monitor job progress, schedules and subcontractor performance and coordinate the operation of the field through management of field personnel .. Provide technical support on all phases of Wind / Solar power plant construction and offloading components for wind and solar farms.  Prepare/test/calibrate all tooling to specification for each day's production.  Carefully operate and guide lift trucks, skid steers to assemble and move equipment and parts in yard and on site.  Familiar with Vestas v110, v100 200mw turbines & Gamesa G114 2.0mw.  Run 10% inspections on all tower section erection, Rotor, nacelle and blade erection.  Complete all Pre-Task Planning/ JHA and equipment documentation each day.  Properly document all go forms/erection inspection and construction specifications day to day and prepare finalized log books including component offload documentation.  Successfully complete final Walkdown Inspections with manufacturer technician and electrical engineer to generate punch list and rectify all issues for Punchlist Completion and project turnover.

 Construction of the Golden West, Kingfisher, Cedar Bluff, and Wolf ridge wind farms.  Collaborate with foreman to complete large scale wind projects, Promoting team-oriented atmosphere.  Prepare all components of wind turbines for assembly in timely and safe manor.  Carefully operate and guide lift trucks, skid steers and excavation equipment to assemble components and manage each day's tasks.  Direct critical lifts of cranes installing each vital piece of wind turbine components until completion.  Preform rigging inspections for all crane/lifting activities.  Worked with GE 1.7mw, 1.5mw, 200mw & Vestas v100 200mw wind turbines.  Read and understand work specifications, drawings, and blueprints to complete accurate high-quality work.  Implement all onsite safety protocols and procedures.  Motivate and support field workers completing work to increase work quality and efficiency.  Inspect rigging, torque down base/mid/top/nacelle bolts, mix grout, climb towers, install controllers, crane breakdown and assembly, build tower flooring, tension anchor bolts.  Complete all Job hazard analysis and equipment documentation each day.  Assist in project planning by measuring distances and marking locations using yard tape measurements and landscape laser measure tools.  Assist in site set up before work and remediation process after construction completion.

 Ensure the quality of all manufactured and packaged product. Collaborate with QA, QC, and PD to determine product specifications.  -Prepare and manage departmental budgets, including payroll, PTO, and time.  Oversee the production and packaging schedules to produce all products on time and work closely with Inventory, Purchasing and QA/QC to coordinate all supporting activities to meet the due dates.  Manage and report capacity and utilization levels of production/packaging equipment and facility.  Implement departmental Standard Operating Procedures, Manufacturing  Implement department standard operating procedures and Validation documentation.  Be a key resource in the development of liquid formulations. Day-to-day management of our field calibration operations. -Manage the functions of the field technicians and ensure all quality assurance procedures are followed and implemented -Ensure all customer and employee items are addressed and the loop is closed through prompt, professional communication -Provide installation, maintenance, and field service repair and inspection services on weighing equipment using testing devices, gauges, and other tools and equipment -Check work orders and related manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to determine tools, equipment, and parts needed for installation of repair assignment. -Discuss assignment with customer and inspect installation site to verify that electrical supply wires, conduit, switches, and circuit breakers are installed according to specifications. -Complete job hazard analysis ensuring safety protocols and PPE are in place before starting any task. -Test electrical components and replace faulty components Conduct routine preventative maintenance according to established guidelines and schedules, verifying dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments. -Train customer's staff in operation of equipment. -Properly maintain all equipment, tools, and facilities for safe operation -Set up, operate, and troubleshoot a variety of machines and/or equipment on customer site in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Accurate and timely completion of all reporting. -This includes but is not limited to customer tasks, test reports, time reporting, safety records, inventory, driving or activity logs, etc. - Plan routes and schedule service to meet customer appointments in a timely manner -Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures -Timely completion of training programs as assigned
