CurrentDesign Development:Collaborate with architects and clients to understand project requirements. Contribute to the development of design concepts and ideas. Create preliminary sketches and drawings.Technical Drawings:Produce detailed and accurate architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.3D Modeling:Generate three-dimensional models to visualize and communicate design concepts. Use software tools for 3D rendering and presentation purposes.Research and Analysis:Conduct research on building materials, construction techniques, and relevant regulations. Analyze site conditions and constraints.Code Compliance:Stay informed about local building codes and regulations. Ensure that designs and construction documents comply with all applicable codes.Project Coordination:Collaborate with other team members, such as engineers and interior designers, to integrate their expertise into the overall design. Coordinate with contractors and construction teams during the building process.Client Communication:Participate in client meetings to discuss project goals, progress, and modifications. Present design proposals and respond to client feedback.Quality Control:Review drawings and documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards. Participate in quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.Construction Administration:Assist in the administration of construction contracts. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise.Continuing Education:Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture.Attend workshops, conferences, or pursue additional education to enhance skills.
