In my role as Quality Control Inspector at Beckman Coulter, I was responsible for the inspection of incoming supplier material, in-process assembly units, as well as final inspection before being shipped to the customer. I also reviewed all documentation from supplier-provided certificates and drawings to full batch record review of completed units. I was also responsible for reporting issue trends and metrics to management on a regular basis. I participated in process improvement meetings and projects such as lean manufacturing events such as Shin Kaizen to reflect any quality concerns and input on new possible improvements.

During my seven years at Bell, I have worked in a wholesale data sales support role, where I would price dedicated high-speed data network circuits for our customers in the Wholesale Large Business and Government markets. I was the dedicated contact person for AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, among many others, where pricing for circuits in Canadian territory was needed. I also was an essential part of an internal IT project centered around migrating data center management system software(openDCIM) to an internal RHEL server from an overseas contractor

Order fulfillment and support for landline voice wholesale resellers. Providing over the phone and email support of our internal customers as well as order processing and escalations.

My responsibilities included a wide range of tasks such as: processing of sterile liquid media in a class 1000 cleanroom, set up and teardown of all related equipment, weekly sterilization and cleaning of cleanroom, GMP documentation, production line changeovers and runs, packing of final product, palletizing, and final cold storage warehouse.

At Lake Region, I used microscopes, micrometers, and other equipment in a cleanroom environment. In the Hydro department which made guidewires for interventional cardiology catheters, I followed strict adherence to SOP, FDA, and ISO regulations.

At BSC, I worked in the interventional cardiology catheter assembly area. I used computers, microscopes, laser micrometers, laser lap welders, stent loading and crimping, and other medical device manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment.
