Hi, I'm Chris Affinito, the Chief Revenue Officer at Total Mortgage Services. I started with Total Mortgage in 2016, at the age of 19 in the appraisal department. I quickly found a love for sales working between the sales staff and appraisers. Following this new found love, I worked for an opportunity to fill a Sales Associate position and became licensed later that year. After a few years of learning inside sales in our the consumer direct division, I was promoted to Senior Banker spending the next four years rebuilding a local branch.In 2022, I returned to our headquarters to join our corporate team at Total Mortgage, leading an overhaul of the sales technology. Working closely with sales, developers, & marketing, we successfully launched our automated approval technology. This innovation has transformed lead generation and automations at Total Mortgage and set the foundation for us to compete against the national mortgage giants.At the start of 2023, I was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer and since then have strived to drive better integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions, including marketing, lead management, sales performance, and pricing.I'm passionate about exceptional customer experience and business growth through strategic leadership and collaboration. Our goal is to build Total Mortgage into a top lender on the entire east coast and beyond.
