As a dedicated and experienced professional, I have been entrusted with the responsibility of managing and maintaining accountability for a team of technical instructors. This team is crucial for the day-to-day operations of our division. The role requires me to ensure the smooth functioning of all systems and test equipment, which are collectively valued at more than $40 million.My commitment to excellence has resulted in maintaining a 90% Fully Mission Capable rating for our equipment. This achievement is a testament to the rigorous standards we uphold in our operations. As an Instructor/Writer, my responsibilities extend beyond management. I am tasked with developing, maintaining, and updating course material. This role allows me to directly contribute to the growth and development of our Soldiers.I conduct remedial training, examinations, and evaluations for Soldiers with the aim of awarding them the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 94T. To ensure the integrity of our examinations, I have implemented measures for the accountability and positive control of test materials. Additionally, I coordinate classroom space and other organizational needs to support our training programs.Over the course of my career, I have accomplished more than 1,000 hours in theory of operations, electronic schematics, electrical troubleshooting, maintenance manuals, mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, and general overall vehicle maintenance. This extensive experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of advanced military equipment and systems.My role also involves performing inspections and related duties. I diagnose malfunctions to correct equipment operation problems. To do this, I use a large number of sophisticated test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, breakout box test set, lifting equipment, FLIR calibration, Fire Circuit evaluators, Boresight, torque wrenches, and dial calipers.One of my key responsibilities is organizing and supervising the training and performance evaluation of advanced military equipment and systems for over 90 students. I take pride in assisting individual students who are experiencing difficulty grasping teaching points. My goal is to ensure that every student is given the opportunity to succeed.Lastly, I have ensured that highly precise measurement equipment across various spectrums have been enrolled and calibrated in the Army’s Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment program. This ensures the accuracy and reliability of our equipment, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our operations.
