MEng Capstone Project - Interconnected Experience Insights and Advanced Analytics Team

• Aggregated infrastructure data into Excel spreadsheets, performed calculations to prepare management plan reports, created AutoCAD site plans for 20+ school districts and 100+ schools in Westchester, Rockland, Putnam Counties• Reviewed 5000+ pages of environmental compliance/regulation documentation for the LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment, leveraging strong attention-to-detail skills to ensure all construction met government standards• Collaborated with project managers to create budget plans, cost estimates for various consulting projects working with both public and private sector clients

• Developed a model for an optimized coagulant dosing algorithm, utilizing water treatment plant performance data to deliver safe water on tap to communities in Honduras and India• Created regression models using the Python statsmodels package to predict coagulant dosage and explore relationships between relevant variables, examining residual plots during the preliminary research phase• Compiled extensive data and procedures into written report and uploaded to GitHub repository

• Designed and built a system to filter organic matter from groundwater using Activated Carbon and PACl coagulant• Interpreted experimental results and adjusted levels of input streams using ProCoDa software • Discovered optimized concentration of both flocculant and coagulant using spectrophotometer

• Assisted in Cornell University’s migration of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, the student information system (SIS) on campus from a private data center to Cornell’s Amazon Web Services (AWS) account.• Scheduled and conducted interviews with 20+ departments at the university to create a comprehensive inventory of the University’s PeopleSoft integrations.• Created an optimized and more efficiently designed Excel spreadsheet to work as the new master list of the University’s PeopleSoft integrations.• Added over 100 new integrations to the previous documentation, increasing the number of integrations accounted for by over 50%.•Documented for each integration: Stakeholders, Source, Target, Direction, Integration Type, Personal -Identifying Information, FERPA Protected Data, Developer Notes, and gave links to developer technical documentation on Confluence.

• Participated in the Garcia Scholars Research Program at the Garcia Center for Polymers at Stony Brook University.• Highly selective research program giving global students the opportunity to learn valuable research skills and how to work collaboratively with a team. Performed research relating to biomedical and materials science and engineering.• Prepared and grew fibroblasts and collagen in a BSL 2 lab to test their viability for creating dermal equivalents via bioprinting techniques. Employed microscopy and data analysis software to analyze results.• Research project selected for presentation at the Materials Research Society Conference at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA in December 2019.
