• Directed the installations subordinate command's largest subordinate unit, consisting of 105 military and civilian personnel in Airfield Management, ATC, and Radar at the Air Force’s only C-17, KC-135, and KC-46 Formal Training Unit.• Filled the Airfield Operations Director position for seven months while in OJT. Directed the largest flight in the organizational unit with four subordinate sections consisting of 105 personnel supporting 2,700 missions and 13,000 flight hours.• Organized an emergency weather evacuation. Adjusted airport hours on short notice and executed a rapid exodus of 26 aircraft, safely relocating $3.9 billion worth of assets with zero damage.• Managed the upgrade of ATC and airport navigational aid remote monitoring systems, providing real-time data for $8.6 million systems and freeing up 574 personnel hours per year.• Served as the Command's point of contact for the practice Assault Landing Zone’s reopening ceremony. Coordinated with 15 agencies, enabling training for 1,200 Mobility Air Forces (MAF) aircrew members.• Led installation’s reception of first five new KC-46 arrivals. Coordinated with four agencies for three weekend operations, providing seamless support for the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, Air Mobility Command, and Air Education and Training Command Commanders.• Supported a nine-member Coordination Center (UCC) team during two hurricanes by aiding the execution of ten checklists and developing a bed-down plan, securing 233 personnel and 38 aircraft valued at $9 billion.• Enforced new Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) coordination procedures. Ensured Class Delta airspace protection, supporting Air Traffic Control and the base’s $276 million Flight Training program.• Sustained Air Traffic Control (ATC) operations despite a closed assault landing zone. Synchronized 4,800 missions per year and an $11.6 million project, empowered a long-term C-17 training resolution.
