Travel to offshore FPSO locations in Brazil and West Africa (among others) and assess present safety compliance and leadership personnel to HSSE commitment. Conduct personell assesments and coach/mentor to a higher standard. Perform some training to onboard personnel and make specific recommendations for improvement. Manage process safety systems and programs including training, corporate SEMS Compliance, Confined Space Rescue division, and field safety personnel. In addition, direct client safety programs and upgrade/revise client safety programs and training. Interact with clients to gain work and manage such projects according to client specifications, requests, and regulatory demands. Manage ISNetworld and PEC Premier sites and keep all corporate documentation/manuals up to date pursuant to changing regulations. Operate and manage complete H2S program including equipment, documentation, compliance and field personnel. Lastly, make contact with prospective clients and alert them of the quality work the company can do for them and manage such projects as a result of the business relationship formed with valued clients.

Manage land and offshore safety representatives in the field, manage corporate SEMS and safety program, oversee API inspection work (510, 570, 653) in the field, meet with clients and bridge their needs to what I could do for thier safety program, conduct all training including SEMS, Safeland/Safegulf, OSHA and fire firghting training, and oversee all new employee orientations. Manage IsNetworld sites for our company and that of 5 others, audit client facilities and processes and recommend corrective action. Write all safety manuals, customized for that clients business, meet with clients insurance company to reduce liability and workmans comp rates, perform HSE defense for clients, implement complete safety programs for clients.

Managed equipment, documentation, regulatory issues and complete rig up of all deepwater and shelf based H2S jobs with some land work on a smaller scale. Managed trainees and experienced H2S technicians for regulatory compliance H2S setups. 32 MMS/BSEE audits with no INC's.
