I optimized and focused the global commercial team to restart the growth engine in these mature businesses, while initiating a company-wide cultural transformation from component manufacturer to engineered industrial technology solutions provider, and significantly outpaced the market with two years of double-digit revenue growth.

I built the New Product Development and Product Marketing teams from the ground up to develop and execute product development roadmaps and pricing strategies. This team established a new company-wide culture of product line profitability and complete ownership of growth targets and financial results, achieving 20% year over year new product revenue growth despite flat end markets, and 20% revenue growth in the complementary businesses.

As General Manager, I conceived and led a complete internal and external transformation of the business, from "job shop" family business culture to highly profitable world-class organization, achieving nearly a 20% annual revenue growth rate and 10 percentage point profit improvement.Prior positions with Hipotronics from 1993 to 1997 and from 2002 to 2008 included Sales Engineer, Product Specialist, International Sales Manager for the "Rest of World" territory (Africa, Middle East, South/Southeast Asia, Australia), North American Sales and Service Manager, and Director of Engineering and Marketing.
