My land use planning work focuses on applying the right information to achieve project approval. I bring a knowledge of site planning tied to the BC landscape and jurisdictional requirements for approval. To navigate the approval process, I prepare proposal material with design features tailored to the specific site and local government jurisdiction at hand to increase value. This improves quality and approval rates.
