In collaboration with our in-house subject matter experts, we help our clients contain the rising costs of health insurance, meet the requirements of healthcare reform and emerging Leave laws, enhance HR technologies to streamline benefits administration programs, develop employee well being initiatives based on unique company culture, and provide customized strategies to optimize employee engagement, retention, and recruitment.As a Senior Benefit Consultant with EBS I help design, educate, advise and implement benefit plans within large, medium and small sized groups. Throughout my relationship with a group I work to ensure their funding requirements, budgets, concerns and needs are addressed and met.I assist clients daily in keeping them up to date with all legislation and regulations related to employee benefits as well as tracking and analyzing their claims data, benchmarking data and support them in renewal negations. I assist with billing issues between client and carrier and support HR teams during benefit fairs, and open enrollment. My role is to also to provide resources within EBS to help clients through compliance questions, ACA reporting, COBRA administration and HRIS Technology inquiries.
