-Provide proactive, personalized support to assigned Commercial Lines clients.-Provide insurance technical expertise to clients and other members of the Account Management team.-Responsible for marketing and placement of client Commercial Lines insurance renewals.-Prepare client applications for review.-Determine most-appropriate carriers for market pricing.-Analyze and compare carrier quotes and coverage offerings.-Make insurance program recommendations to clients.-Manage client renewal expirations and avoid any lapse in coverage.-Negotiate with carriers on behalf of clients.-Process policies, endorsements and audits as needed.-Champion client cross-selling initiatives and develop customer accounts.-Represent client interests in internal USI account strategy meetings.-Respond to underwriters’ questions in a timely and professional manner.-Maintain a high degree of accuracy in agency management systems.-Occasional in-person attendance at face-to-face client meetings.

- Maintain communications and serve as the main point of contact for brokers/clients/internal contacts on accounts that AIG works with.- Efficiently analyze completed premium adjustments in order to check for accuracy and quality prior to releasing to clients.- Responsible for the billing of premium adjustments and making sure that the entire premium adjustment process prior to billing is completed in a timely manner in order to meet targeted deadlines.- Review and resolve Loss Billing inquiries that come from both internal and external parties.- Prepare collateral/security reports for the AIG Credit Risk Department.- Perform low level credit reviews in order to determine an account’s current security need.- Coordinate with AIG Credit Risk and Treasury Departments on collateral calls, collateral reductions, and collateral swaps.- Work with brokers to help manage expiring Letters of Credit for the clients.- Responsible for the preparation of reports and billing of adjustment invoices on two large group captive accountsthat require significant analysis and attention to detail, while maintaining contact with brokers and underwriting in order to complete everything in a timely manner.- Clear accounting balances for complicated, aged accounts via premium reallocation, adjustment, and/or a recommended write-off.- Work with Third Party Administrators in order to complete Account Inception Notifications, review specialaccount instructions, and complete 90 day reports after policy inception.- Assist with projects that aim to improve the roles performance.

•Perform servicing and operational functions for Fortune 500 clients of AIG.•Calculate and perform premium adjustments for accounts on a periodic basis.•Ensure that premium and security owed by or due to the insured client is calculated and recorded in an accurate and timely manner, with use of programs such as SAP, DMS, AMS, COGNOS, and CRUIS.•Analyze legal agreements and loss reports to correctly book premium and prepare bills to send to the insured client.•Identify missed revenue by correcting previously misallocated premium.•Properly self-review all premium adjustments, decreasing premium adjustment process by around 10+ hours/wk.•Work closely with management in analyzing and creating strategies to help complete a population of older accounts that have serious issues yet to be resolved.•Evaluate variances between forecast and actual audited expense figures and generate critical commentary to explain driving factors.•Identify solutions for any recurring account issues and how to ensure they do not occur in the future.•Prepare weekly compliance reports while working closely with management and underwriters to track the status of accounts.•Contribute to ongoing account retention, satisfaction, and administration, complementing the efforts of marketing and underwriting.
