Oct ’10 – Aug ‘12 PV Solar UK Ltd - Project Engineer • Responsible for the pre-installation design and specification of solar PV installations • Ensuring the quality and timing of project design is always on schedule and meets company standards• Utilising information collected by the surveyor to design the most efficient system possible for the customer’s property using PV*SOL 3D modeling software. • Liaising with customers and stakeholders to discuss their preferences and answer any technical questions they may have• Responsible for liaising directly with partners in delivery such as installers, warehouse staff, surveyors and admin departments to ensure the smooth running of installations• Negotiating and agreeing on project objectives and deadlines• Acknowledge and process client' orders/contracts
