 Managed an 8-member government relations team (+ over a dozen consultants) responsible for diplomatic engagement on behalf of the US Ambassador, US Department of State and US Department of Defense.  Established the US policy of regional engagement with the three Baltic Nations, enhancing the efficiency of diplomatic efforts by at least 50%.  Spokesperson for all US Embassy security cooperation media engagements and strategic messaging.  Lead US advisor to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Ukraine and the Republic of Georgia on veteran care program development from inception to completion.  Liaison between US Department of Defense, US State Department and Estonian government and military leadership.
