Specifically performed a combination of requirement analysis, technical design, communication with third parties, development of the design, and deployment.• Started on the IEM (Information Exchange Manager) development team performing various analysis tasks, maintenance fixes, and enhancements for the interface application.• Received an award for Outstanding Customer Service in December 2013• Created a code generation utility for the IEM Custom Development team, which decreased the time required to provide a solution to a client.• Created a generic version of our most requested custom that could be highly customized based on the client's need. Drastically reduced the development time on the type of custom and could be implemented once requirement analysis was completed.• Created a load testing application for the IEM development team, allow us to mimic high-traffic environments allowing us to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and verify code change impact to the application.
