I am a lawyer with a keen interest in personal injury and property damage claims. I apply my broad skillset in aid of successfully defending claims on behalf of domestic and international insurers. I am also an experienced insurance claims handler with experience managing public liability and professional indemnity claims across a wide range of business lines, particularly construction related matters. I have defended claims on behalf of head contractors and sub-contractors across a variety of Australian jurisdictions which gives me a detailed understanding of the insurance industry and the main motivators of my clients. This includes experience in advising insurers in relation to complex indemnity issues arising from such multiparty disputes.My experience extends to acting on behalf of a variety of construction related professionals in the Supreme Court, District Court and Local Court. I strive to ensure that the best possible commercial outcomes are achieved. I am also a member of the NSW Claims Discussion Group and Young Insurance Professionals network.
