I started out in the bottle room / blow mold department of the plant. I learned how to run the blow mold machines available to me up to standard. After two years I moved to production, to increase my gross pay. I became a machine operator, and learned how to run all the machines.(case erecter, labeler, packer, case sealer, etc... I trained to be a filler, and have been an a-filler for the past three years.

This is where I was acclimated to machine operating, and warehouse operations. I initially started out on the case erecter, packer, and case sealer on several different production lines. I was trained on all of the fillers. They are well known for A-1 bleach, a chief competitor of Clorox. They also make & distribute many other cleaning agents all over the United States. I gained certification to handle hazardous material. And eventually was put in charge of production, cleaning, and maintenance of all the fillers.

I joined the military, and trained at Ft. Benning Georgia. After basic training I went to a secondary school. Where the main objective was to learn how to clean, maintain, repair, and fire heavy weapons. Weapons included, but not limited to 50 cal., mark 19 grenade launcher, tow 2 wire guided missile system. My main station was at Ft. Campbell Ky. I was deployed once, and earned my E-5 / Sargent stripes within 2 years. As a squad leader and section Sargent I lead and managed many soldiers in my unit. I also received an air assault, and combat lifesaver training award. I was honorably discharged in 2001
