Christopher Madden is a trial lawyer that began fighting for his clients in 2011 as a criminal defense attorney in Pensacola, Florida. While appearing in court before most local judges and against the toughest odds, he obtained many remarkable jury trial verdicts, including multiple “not guilty” verdicts for clients charged with DUI. Chris was hired in 2014 by the largest insurance civil defense firm in Florida, consistently ranked as one of the country’s best law firms by US News and Reports. Chris appeared before judges in Florida state and federal courts from Pensacola to Tallahassee, successfully defending national corporations, insurance companies, local businesses, and individuals against negligence claims. While Chris gained invaluable inside information and experience executing the best injury defense goals, strategies, and tactics, he knew he wanted to help people, not corporations or insurance companies. Since 2016, Chris has exclusively helped people achieve justice in Northwest Florida, whether they have been injured by another, or accused. He has tried more than twenty (20) cases to verdict before local juries, and has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients, including $4,000,000.00 in a Walton County, Florida case.
