Chris has 7 years in the not-for-profit sector after taking up an administration role with Diabetes Queensland to support the implementation of the CRM, in 2011. Recognising his strong analytical mind set, streamlining workflow and creating a team work environment to enhance productivity innovatively. Chris was rewarded with a Peer Award from his colleagues and received the Diabetes Queensland Board Chairman's Value Award, in recognition of his commitment and passion to his work and as a role model through his volunteering efforts. The Executive and team leaders recognised his potential as an emerging leader and Chris was successful in moving into his current position as Membership Administrator, in 2014. Current projects include the membership renewal campaign, e-marketing and a member of the CRM implementation team, an incredibly challenging experience adopting a whole of business approach and an Agile project method, encouraging rapid and flexible response to change, very quick and focused.
