As a member of the Talent team, supported the regional leads of Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Diversity and Inclusion. Participated in the creation of the group’s overall learning strategy, as well as the planning, and execution of L&D training programs for all levels across Corporate and Wholesale divisions.

• Developing L&D budget for Wholesale divisions across three program offerings.
