Christopher Maika has been a leader and manager for more than 20 years. For the past 11 years he has been managing specialized construction and design companies. He has been building and thinking about building since constructing his first tree fort at age 8 (then added a balcony, closed it in, and did a complete renovation before he turned 10).Descended from an English cabinet maker and long line of Polish artisans, it was a natural progression that led to the founding of Building Space Construction in 2010. In 2020 Christopher partnered with one of the region’s best builders to form Building Space Custom Homes. Informed by his early experiences, applied using his professional skills, Christopher ensures that every Building Space project results in A Perfect Build Experience.
