Responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing of Fiber Optic Audio/Video/Data equipment for the Security, Broadcast, and Transportation Industries. Responsible for coordinating and conducting Qualification / Reliability testing of electro-mechanical Military Aircraft components under MIL-STD 810, MIL-STD 1553, MIL-STD 461E. Also responsible for scheduling performance testing in compliance with Military Standards and contractual agreements. Qualification / Reliability testing include: Inspection, Dimensional, Functional/Electrical, Shock, Electromagnetic Compatibility, Vibration, Altitude, Low / High Temperature, Humidity, Salt Fog, Life Cycle, and Final performance. Fully accountable for contract negotiations with customers and estimating new work. Responsible for generating test procedures based on military and commercial standards. Customer requirements often require designing of electrical and mechanical test fixtures. Final reports include failure analysis, charts and graphs generated through data acquisition systems and digital photography and or high-speed video.

Responsible for the developments of Military specified AC/DC and DC/DC power converters, including circuit design, component evaluation and mechanical packaging.Also responsible for developing and organizing processes for manufacturing of printed circuit boards for Military and NASA applications utilizing through-hole and surface-mount technologies. Performed full range temperature / functional testing of the Integrated Motion Control Assembly (IMCA) for the NASA Space Station Program. System failures required troubleshooting and debugging with software driven PC based test system. Also performed in-circuit testing utilizing the GenRad 2272 circuit board test system. Accomplished assisting the company in achieving ISO 9000 certification through the use of an NT Network and Lotus Notes 4.5.

Responsible for new product design and development for multi-user, network information management systems. Also responsible for evaluating computer hardware for Windows 95 and Windows NT workstations. Accomplished designing an Audio Distribution System, which is included in every information management system sold by a multi-million dollar corporation.

Developed new products for the irrigation industry. Responsible for mechanical and electrical drafting, assembly operation sheets, test procedures, purchasing and Trade Shows. Accomplished developing and automated fertilizing system for commercial and industrial applications of controlled liquid organic materials through existing sprinkler systems.

Responsible for all aspects of the integration of Military system hardware at the Land Based Test Center for Combat Systems on the Patrol Frigate Program (PFG-2). Generated and ran both hardware and software test procedures. Also responsible for troubleshooting and correcting hardware failures. Military Hardware included; MK92 Radar Antenna Systems, (SAWS) Sonar Acoustical Warfare Systems, North Warning Radar and Combat System Switch board. Other duties included layout and installation of test sites to simulate shipboard dimensions (physical mock-up).
