I currently serve Greece Central School District as a Behavior Interventionist. My duties and responsibilities are varied, including: direct behavior and autism consultation for school teams, behavioral skill-acquisition program design, problem behavior deceleration programs, and staff training. Prior to working for GCSD, I was providing behavior analytic consultation for Rush-Henreitta Central School District for 4 years. And prior to that, I was a special education teacher at Mary Cariola Center for 13 years. My time there was spent honing my skills in and out of the classroom. As a teacher, I was responsible for creating specially designed instruction and adaptation of curricula. During that time I was an active member of various committees all of which were focused on behavior analytic instructional tools and curricula. In 2017, I began formally studying behavior analysis at the U of R, and passed the board exam in 2019.
