You can be good at what you do by working hard, studying to have the proper knowledge, and by gaining the experience which sets you apart. but how do you become great. It is my personal belief that in order to become great you have to belong to a great team. Greatness has never been achieved through solitary effort. For me it is important and I believe an honor to serve with the finest teams that any company could put together and together we have done great things. If I am ever to be congratulated for accomplishments let them be put in perspective of this. The greatest of Superintendent's inspire those who work with them to the top of their potential. The poorest of us threaten and manipulate, the best of us lead with clear direction and foresight, the least of us blame and accuse. It is my daily goal to bring my projects closer, to shoulder the effort required to rally great men to be greater than they know that they can be. I really enjoy what I do because I believe that those I work with can do great things, if given good direction, carefully planned, and skillfully executed. So let us stand together my friends, If we should fall we fall together, and when we succeed, which I believe we will, then we will succeed as one team. This is who I am and this is how we have achieved the things we have achieved.
