Principal areas of responsibility include providing support and assistance to customers using self-service checkouts, as well as cashier duties at the staffed checkouts. In-store picker for Click & Collect orders from the shop floor as well as coordinating the delivery of orders provided by the central warehouse, ensuring they are ready and available for customer collection. Other duties include advising customers on product availability, pricing and offering alternatives to products currently out of stock. Placing online orders for customers in-store when applicable.
