- Handling complete operations of the bank/branch.- Oversee, vouch and check all Tellers and Customer Service Representative transactions at the end of the day.- Develop plans in line with overall product strategies, ensure that revenue, volumes and profitability targets are achieved and exceeded.- Monitors branch operations for its smooth running, while adhering to the highest level of service quality and adherence to policy and delivery standards.- Coordinate with different departments; identify potential investment opportunities and client base for business development and building relationship for set profile customers.- Enhance and deepen further the business relationships with the preferred customers by cross-selling bank products and services.- Preparing monthly branch reports regarding business operations and performance to management.- Monitor and analyze customer attrition and maintaining it at the lowest possible level.

- Balancing of accounting books and enquiry of accounts with temporary overdrawing.  Screening of accounts being opened.  Account retention.  Facilitate, monitor and check transactions done by the Customer Service Associate and Tellers.  Override transactions with impediments.  Supervise Teller transactions.  Balancing of accountable forms.  Retrieval of Deposits from the ATM.  Ensure 100% passing rate from audit.  Compliance with AMLA.  - Maintain the specified cash limit of the branch.  Monitor and verify the delivery of cash from cash centers.  Responsible for the accurate verification and balancing of cash.  Cash in Vault (CIV) versus accounting books should be balanced.  Cash monitoring of ATM.  Responsible for end of day balancing.- Responsible for Cards, CASA Deposits, Alternative Channels in banking (ATM, Express Phone, Internet, Mobile).
