I conduct data gathering and analysis to forecast market trends and predict future hotspots. Once the data is collected, I run risk value assessments on potential property acquisitions to provide initial investment costs, potential profit margins and timelines. I'm responsible for building and maintaining relationships with C-Suite executives, real estate developers, general contractors and community leaders to help coordinate and facilitate various projects.

I was responsible for the entire recruitment process from obtaining the requisition, client coordination, recruitment, pre-screening, interviewing, management throughout the offer process to placement. I facilitated every aspect of the process with client and candidate management, even after the offer acceptance. I assured at no point during the interview process the ball was dropped and the highest level of service was provided. Because of my work ethic and performance, I was awarded "Rookie of the Year” for 2019 and RHookie on the Rise in January 2020 during my time there. I served as the liaison for all communications between external trading partners, communication network providers and internal users for BeneTrac regarding internal partner setups, file format processing requirements and group specific transmission protocol requirements. I was also responsible for providing scheduled training with our marketing and sales departments, making sure all departments have current processes and product information. Prior to this role, I was a SEM quality assurance specialist and I would coordinate strategies to maximize the company’s efforts with our search engine marketing program while assuring we were providing the professional service for our premiere clients.
