As a Solutions Architect, I analyze technical service offerings and formulate, develop, and write winning solutions for federal customers. I manage our marketing and proposal teams and I am responsible for developing technical solutions and drafting proposals in response to government RFPs and RFIs. Specific responsibilities include:• Analyzing government requirements and developing technical solutions and process improvements• Reviewing and analyzing acquisition documents (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs) for compliance requirements• Translating technical vision into visually appealing graphic presentations• Creating diagrams and graphics to quickly and effectively communicate key messages• Writing technical documentation and proposal responses• Estimating appropriate staffing levels for technical tasks• Researching and identifying new technology components as part of larger solution architectures• Interviewing project program managers and technical experts to document corporate capabilities applicable to government’s requirements• Perform performance reviews and manage staff development• Meet with Government customers and review proposed technical solutions

Contractor supporting OUSD ATL. Responsible for deploying .Net web applications and Installing/Configuring ATLs SSO solution currently using OAM 10g. Installing COTS products on DoD hardened servers. Developed and contributed to ATL process improvement efforts, including the adaptation of the AGILE Release process which won our team recognition with a CACI eagle reward. Project manager for projects involving the applications that ATL hosts in their sub enclave of OUSD, developing WBS and maintaining documentation and scheduling of the project.Responsibilities include: Installing and configuring Windows Server OS 2003/2008/2012. Microsoft Active Directory including Group Policy, LDAP, Kerberos and Replication. Internet Information Systems (IIS) Web Servers, application servers. Strong communication documentation and troubleshooting skills - - Designing Procedures- Windows Scripting (using powershell and .bat files). . Participate in the improvement, documentation, communication and enforcement of configuration engineering processes for software applications. Knowledge of SDLC. Excellent coordination, planning, and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively through high-quality technical documentation and diagrams. Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). Initiate and fascilitate the process of deploy a custom developed application in a DoD production environment. Disaster Recovery (including COOP procedures). Ability to define and implement processes based on DoD guidelines, organizational policies, and industry best practices. Oracle/MSSQL SQL knowledge. Sharepoint 2007/2010/2013.
