John Christopher Construction DBA Coastal Handyman Pros is a company founded by John Frize and Chris Manos in 2017. John and Chris have a total combined experience of 14 years in the Commercial and Residential remodel industry. Chris also has a marketing background that focused on real estate and understands how the real estate industry works and how important great communication is for a project or deal to run smoothly. The concept for John Christopher Construction and Coastal Handyman Pros is very unique from most companies in the industry. We have two divisions which allows us to operate efficiently and provide an all-around service for our clients and referral partners. Coastal handyman Pros is our maintenance and repair division which focus' on your basic handyman projects, smaller repair items and routine maintenance for commercial buildings. John Christopher Construction is our general contracting division which focuses on medium and large commercial remodel projects. The reason why our company has grown so fast over the last 2.5 years is that we understand the importance of great communication before, during and after the project. We also know that delivering a quality product on time and standing by our work has continued to get us repeat clients and referrals. We understand there are many contractors and handyman in the world and we also know how bad some can be. Most contractors drop the ball with deadlines and hardly ever have good communication.
