Management of the Operations Compliance Department for Star USA, an international trade consulting company. In this role, I oversee the employees, as well as the respective projects taken on for our clients. The Operations Compliance Department has a focus on reporting, data analysis, insights and analytics, and various trade-related tasks such as Freight Bill auditing, duty drawback, Customs entry review and general international trade management.

Assist in planning and following the facility budget. Innovate in the position to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Accomplished a complete redesign of the existing lifeguard training program. Built a program in MS Excel from the ground up to assist in tracking pool chemicals.

Manage the summer facility and staff of 60+ lifeguards that sees approximately 80,000 patrons from June to August. Duties include responding to medical and facility emergencies, maintaining pool chemistry, and continued staff education.
