Support the Intelligent Edge Network (iEN) Agile Release Train (ART) by steering it to success and navigating the complexity of delivering software consistently in large environments. Deliver value by managing program level processes, execution, and continuous improvement. Servant leader and coach for the ART with responsibilities to facilitate the ART events and assist the teams in delivering value.o Release Train Engineer (RTE) for Agile Release Trains (ART) with 10+ teams, 250+ people, delivering critical network infrastructure and service initiatives enabling $100M+ capex efficiency savings annuallyo Servant leader and coach for the ARTo Lead the ART to consistently meet key performance indicator (KPI) targets for delivery throughput (85% say/do), code quality (< 2-day defect resolution), and flow metrics (Lead & Cycle Time < 3 months)o Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools (Program Kanban, Burn-up charts, Cumulative Flow Diagrams) o Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments o Facilitate all ART level events (PI Planning, System Demos, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, Program Backlog Refinement)o Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.o Effectively communicate project status, articulate issues and their impacts, and solicit help and support from senior leadership during weekly presentations. o Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and help teams improve.

o Responsible for network infrastructure capacity management & strategic planning of the fiber Switched Ethernet Services (SES) network.o Forecasted network infrastructure capacity needs and initiated 250+ network augment projects deploying $20M+ of new equipment into the network. o Collaborated with Engineering, Project Management, and Installation teams to ensure network augment project completion on schedule, and on budget.o Served as Product Owner in development of new process flows in OSS systems. Submitted user stories, and worked closely with IT teams to ensure all requirements were understood. Performed user acceptance testing (UAT) of code enhancements, and gave final approval for inclusion in monthly production releases.o Created job aids and provided training to colleagues.
