I graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in August 2017 with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Manufacturing Processes. I then accepted my first full time position working as a Manufacturing Engineer in Rolls Royce's Graduate Development Program. This two-year leadership program focuses on preparing Engineers for a variety of experiences through Rolls Royce's defense and civil divisions including marine and aerospace placements around the United States. After my two years I accepted a full time position with Rolls Royce in Cypress California performing research and development on next generation aerospace material. While in Cypress I graduated with my Master in Business Administration in May 2022. I now operate as highly motivated, self driven manufacturing engineering who specializes in leading multi-stage implementation projects, analytical based root cause analysis of complex problems, and high level organization interactions. By utilizing natural leadership traits projects will be driven to completion by gaining support of all levels of stakeholders from budget holders to operators.
