• team briefing in a regular basis • staff performance and tasks• Resolve customer problems or complains by determining optimal solutions• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily,week and monthly basis• ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standard• Follow store SOP• Stock inwards and out wards• Inventories management• Team management ( e.g timing,shifts and break)• Mail follow up from head office • Merchandising handling and replenishment.• Cash management and banking• Keeping control stock system up to date• Conduct regular store meeting• Analyzing sales and stocks status• Maintain adequate store supplies• Management of all store operational issues,to include store housekeeping, store administrative in duties, physical inventories, prices changes and etc.• Motivating,organizing and encouragingTeamwork within the workforce to ensure set the productivity target are met.

• Supervises mis-en-place preparation; checks availability of par stocks• oversees the set-up of the outlet and ensures that all needed supplies are properly installed and provided for• Monitors tables service and the cleaning of tables in area • closely coordinate ms with his/ her superior regarding the requirements and operational problems in their assigned station • Assist in order taking and service during peak hours• monitors the consumption and utilization of supplies and takes measure to control losses and wasteful consumption.

• Greet the customers in a friendly manner• Record customer order into the POS system ensuring and each every request is fully and accurately entered• Informing kitchen staff,through the POS system or verbal communication,of customer special request/adjustments.• Identify customer issues/complaints and take necessary steps to correct them• keep the Register station with all necessary items• clean and organize the customer isle when necessary• consistently maintain in balance drawer • perform other related duties as requested
