As the SIU Field Supervisor at GEICO, I lead a team of skilled and dedicated fraud investigators who handle complex and high-profile cases of insurance fraud, involving commercial, auto, bodily injury, property damage, and staged accidents. I have over 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, and I have successfully resolved multiple fraud cases, saving millions of dollars for GEICO and its customers.My mission is to detect, deter, and defeat fraud, while upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity in my work. I am passionate about learning new techniques and technologies to enhance my field expertise, and to share my knowledge and experience with my colleagues and the industry. I am also a founding member and director of the LA/OC Chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU), a professional organization that promotes cooperation and collaboration among fraud investigators. I apply a person first approach to my work, and I train and mentor new and existing investigators, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
