Working within the ATC Sqn to enable and deliver evolving projects at RAF Leeming in preparation of an ever developing unit in receipt of multiple assets from both at home and overseas

Provide advice and guidance to RAF Leeming personnel on delivery of the RAF Diversity and Inclusion strategy.Manage and deliver the 'Everybody Every Day' training package to ensure that individuals are given the opportunity and psychological safety to explore the challenges of ensuring that the organisation provides an inclusive environment and promotes the concept of belonging.Report and advise to the Head of Establishment on the climate of the unit, facilitating necessary climate assessments and actions to ensure both compliancy and a forward moving culture.Drive change in procedures and process that ensure that all individuals at RAF Leeming feel they can operate at a level where there unique abilities are recognised and are included fully in the Delivery of operational output.
