•Assists, where needed, with the AFSBn-Hood mission of supporting 12 separate Brigades, two Expeditionary Signal Battalions, and III Corps Headquarters with an installation Logistics Support Team; additionally to integrate all logistics functions with all logistics units and commands on Fort Hood.•Manage GSA vehicle fleet of 38 vehicles•Begin Life Cycle Logistics Level 1 classes, as well as Lean Six Sigma Certification.

•Responsible for the welfare and training of 365 Service Members from 4 Companies and 1 Government Civilian•Supported and ensured the welfare of the families of the 500 personnel deployed.•Oversaw accountability, use, and maintenance of the Battalion’s left behind equipment (over 400 million dollars worth of property). Managed, resourced, and advised technical experts on the Battalion’s fleet of equipment.•Managed all logistical support needed for the Rear Detachment, to include forecasting for the return of the Battalion from theater.•Performed the role of Rear Detachment Unit Movement Officer, requiring coordination with multiple units and on/off post agencies. Successfully deployed the Battalion’s equipment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. •Organized the Adopt-a-School program for the Battalion’s assigned school. Awarded Sponsor of the year by Killeen Independent School District.•Planned multiple morale and fundraising events requiring coordination with 6 civilian Family Readiness Group leaders and numerous volunteers.

•Managed all property, maintenance, and logistical support for an entire Battalion worth of equipment and personnel (6x Companies and over 800 personnel). •Utilized the Army Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) system to track and manage the Battalion’s property assets.•Provided advice and guidance to senior leaders regarding the acquisition, use, maintenance, and disposal of the Battalion’s property and equipment; in addition to resolving logistics support problems.•Provided advice and guidance to 6 Company Executive Officers and supply Sergeants regarding the acquisition, use, maintenance, and disposal of Company assets and equipment.•Planned and oversaw the Battalion Reset program, for all assigned equipment (over 2000 pieces), upon redeployment, in addition to Left Behind Equipment (LBE) draw of all equipment (over 200 vehicles) left behind while deployed.•Managed the Battalion's budget and provided recommendations on spending to the Battalion Commander based on an in depth knowledge of operating costs, expenditures, and operational goals.•Established the Battalion’s SOP for change of commands and property handovers. Oversaw 8 x changes of commands (approx 600 Million dollars worth of equipment in transfer) with zero losses.•Managed the Battalion’s FLIPLs (Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss).•Logistically supported all BN and Company training events, requiring coordination with multiple units and on/off post agencies.•Planned and managed the BDE Gunnery logistical support and resupply for over 1000 Soldiers (from 4 different Battalions), and their equipment.

•Managed Unit Movement Operations for the redeployment of the entire Battalion’s equipment (containers and vehicles) back to Ft Hood, Tx.•Assisted in the movement of thousands of pieces of property from US control to ISF control for over 10 patrol bases, 2 Joint Service Stations (JSS) and the Battalion’s footprint on Contingency Operating Site (COS) Marez.•Assisted in coordinating equipment turn in and disposal with civilian organizations on COS Marez for over 10 Million dollars worth of equipment.

•Responsible for the training and welfare of over 40 US service members and over 50 Iraqi Army, Peshmerga, and Iraqi Police soldiers and Officers.•Responsible for security, sustainment, and protection of an isolated Patrol base, in addition to the surrounding Area of Operations of over 75 square KM and 1 million civilian population.•Worked with the Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) and to create working relationships with civilian leaders (religious, military, governmental, and private security) of over 15 towns. •Personally lead over 450 combined (ISF and USF) combat patrols that successfully developed the leadership skills of ISF leaders and improved their relationships with surrounding cities.•Developed the daily training regime of all ISF forces (50 Soldiers) and US Soldiers stationed on the patrol base to include 6 senior foreign Officers. This set the foundation for the ISF to begin leading and working effectively with the civilian population while deterring all insurgent activity.•Responsible for over 60 million dollars worth of vehicles and equipment.

•Responsible for training and welfare for 18 service members and responsible for the maintenance and services for over 25 Million dollars worth of equipment.•Lead my Platoon through multiple training events to include Battalion and Brigade field training exercises and Tank Gunnery (my Platoon earned Top Tank honors for my Company amongst the entire BDE)•Hand chosen to be the Company Unit Movement Officer (UMO) and was certified during a 2 week training course offered by Central Texas University. Responsible for the shipping of all equipment and vehicles for the entire Company (over 100 Million dollars) during 2 movements to a JRTC (at Ft Polk) and one deployment to Iraq. Set the example for the Battalion and helped established the SOP for the Battalion to follow during future movements operations.
