CurrentResponbility : Recruitment 360* ( End to End )- Monitor and Analyze Client Needs ( IT Position )- Sourcing Candidate ( Linkedin , Telegram , Facebook , Database, Etc. )- Screening CV- Conduct a short interview with the candidate- Send a Confirmation Letter to the candidate if the candidate passes and agrees- Create an RSO (Custom CV Template) if the candidate is selected- Send the candidate's CV to the client user and wait for a Feedback- Arrange schedule candidate and user- Create hiring documents for candidates- Make an Offering Letter- Make a letter of agreement- Making a Letter of Joining formalities- Induction Candidate - Candidate induction and Sign Contract
