Duties include; preparing collateral summaries and other financial information required for the business development and credit approval process; analyzing complex credit information for prospective loans; handling of the direct-call.

• Conduct audits of current and potential borrower’s financial records
• Evaluate and make recommendations to the bank in regards to the borrower’s eligible and ineligible collateral as it will relate to their credit line with the bank
• Ensure that the borrower’s financial records represent sound and accurate accounting procedures
• Explain Wells Fargo Business Credit policies and procedures to the borrowers and assist in the implementation of collateral control procedures

Responsible for the day to day management of a hotel property which included but was not limited to: Setting monthly and annual property revenue goals through forecasting of average room rates and occupancy levels. Managing the property's accounts receivables and accounts payables. Oversight of the property staff members including front desk personnel.
