I focus my practice on defending high-exposure tort matters, including productliability cases related to asbestos, consumer products, transportation and toxic torts.Prior to joining Tanenbaum Keale LLP, I was a partner with Sedgwick LLP and themanaging partner of the firm’s Seattle, Washington, office and co-chair of the firm’s Environmentaland Toxic Tort practice.I am admitted to practice law in Washington, Oregon and California and am admittedto appear before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern and Central Districts ofCalifornia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington and theU.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. I am also admitted in the U.S. District Court ofAppeals (9th Circuit).
