Infeed Screw AdvancementsOver the last 5 years TM Plastics has been developing the technology to design, simulate, test and manufacture infeed screws with the latest machine tools and bespoke software. We would very much like to offer our service to your business and support you with our engineering excellence others are experiencing. Are approach is unique to the market by first allowing an option for our customers to request an engineering drawing, 3D models and simulation data as part of the quotation stage. Or if preferred we can visit with our portable design package to sit and design a screw at your facility. In addition, we have an internal test conveyor. This is heavily used by our customers for R&D on special shaped containers, demonstrations, internal developments and with all our screws tested before despatch our quality is unrivalled. This conveyor also has a feature where we can reverse engineer existing screws if screw data is not available.
