I have been in the HVAC trade for 10 years now and my business partner is second generation HVAC with 15+ years of experience. I have put my hands in all side of the HVAC field from residential to commercial, and even some industrial. My partner had a a family business In Connecticut until his father passed. During the time of which his father had that business he started flipping houses himself to go along with the family HVAC business. That landed him in Falmouth Maine and introduced to me. After seeing that during my time in the trade and I had worked for myself for 4 years we decided to come together and see if we could work together. That resulted in Lakes Region Mechanical. We also have a property management company that offers services in the areas where people have a summer lake house. We winterize your camp and maintain it.
